Del Ray Beverages LLC Return Policy

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on products unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at Support@EnjoyDelRay.com or call us at (717) 400-5799.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and a photo of the product and packaging.
  • We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

3. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a new order at no cost to you once the issue is verified.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.

6. Shipping Costs

If a return is authorized due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), Del Ray will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
